    Yes, but not just banning offering by Epic but also offerings by anybody else who utilizes Epic's Unreal technology, whether or not that other party using Unreal was attempting to bypass the Apple payment model. It's as if YouTube didn't just ban your account, but starting banning anybody who used whatever software you used to rip the technology as well regardless of if they'd used copyrighted material.

    Apple is trying to exert pressure on Epic's developer customers of Unreal to put pressure on Epic to play nice. Epic, on the other hand, hopes they have the power to override what they agreed to or have it thrown out in court. And Epic intentionally tripped Apple's response. Neither you nor your son was trying to antagonize YouTube into acting so you could sue.
