Estrogen may lessen severity of COVID-19 symptoms in women, study finds:
There is growing evidence that Covid-19 poses greater risks for men than women1. Wake Forest School of Medicine has published a review of preclinical data that may indicate a protective effect related to estrogen.
Why are men at greater risk than women for more severe symptoms and worse outcomes from COVID-19 regardless of age?
In an effort to understand why this occurs, scientists at Wake Forest School of Medicine conducted a review of published preclinical data on sex-specific hormone activity, especially estrogen. The review is published in the September online issue of the journal Current Hypertension Reports.
"We know that coronavirus affects the heart and we know that estrogen is protective against cardiovascular disease in women, so the most likely explanation seemed to be hormonal differences between the sexes," said the lead author of the review, Leanne Groban, M.D., professor of anesthesiology at Wake Forest School of Medicine, part of Wake Forest Baptist Health.

The article seems to lack the courage to conclude that we should start giving men, perhaps even boys, massive doses of Estrogen to protect them from COVID-19 and from cardiac problems.
This would also perhaps protect them from becoming Incels, MGTOW, or even worse, gamers.
It could free us all from having to wear masks.
I hope the president can be made aware of this important information.

I thought much of his speaking and pronunciation difficulties (yo! semite!) were due to his illiteracy.
I remember a video of him reading something around 2016 election time, he read slowly, stumbling over some words, and you could see the "ah ha" moments on his face as he grasped what he was reading.
When speaking he uses more words with fewer syllables, even if there are more concise ways to express an idea.
Is it really possible that Trump would be so vane as to take a testosterone blocker to prevent baldness? Wait. Don't answer that.
Grow old gracefully with dignity. I still have some of my hair. Baldness or signs of age can also be signs of wisdom, or signs of programming in Java.

Seems premature.
A good bit of the immune system is sex linked to the X chromosome. It stands to reason that women having two X chromosomes might have stronger immune systems than men.
I suspect the estrogen bit is more correlation than causation.
