    I am a British taxpayer and I find this quite shocking. Taxpayers' money is being spent, in secret, without public oversight and accountability, for exactly what it should be? Consider my gast thoroughly flabbered.

    Yes, this is definitely a good thing, and it's good that they steal money for these purposes.
