    Not sure how they gathered these or who is paying these salaries, but they all seem awfully high unless you wander into a globo-corp shoveling cash. As for the real world.. Im not seeing these type salaries.

    In my case (IT Manager), the average is low. I'm earning more than their reported average for an IT Director.

    They call it golden handcuffs.
