    No, I get it - their business model is to monetize existing brands and squeeze out all the cash they can.

    What surprises me is that they seem to be so bad at it. By which I mean, they don't seem good at keeping their audience around long enough to maximize the amount of money they can squeeze out of them.

      Unfortunately, "investors" have become a dirty word to information aggregators.

      Donation supported hosting or bust. It's the only way to ensure the information consumers and contributors are served instead of some 3rd party agenda.
