I'm wondering what Linux distros my fellow soylentils use, and why.

I myself have loved Fedora since version 7, and never cared much for Debian systems. My desktops either run Fedora or a source-built XFCE system. What distros do you use, what architectures, and why do you use them? Are there any distros you wish were still around?

Ubuntu LTS on the Desktop/Workstation, CentOS on servers. I have a Nexus 7" tablet that I had previously rooted and put Ubuntu's phone interface on, then switched it back to Android after a few months. I think I prefer the Ubuntu OS because Android just seems to chew up bandwidth and it's almost creepy how integrated they want everything to be (they being Google). Plus w/ the Ubuntu OS I can easily edit stuff (ie. - /etc/hosts) but on Android it's a PITA.
