Why? It's actually easy to parse: It says that the Wolfram Alpha guys announced that they now read their email and are compliant with Zawinski's law, and that way also protect Wolfram Language from becoming obsolete.
Now I doubt that this is exactly what the author wanted to say, but that's not a problem of parsing.
