    Looks like they were using a standard web forum application. It mentions the passwords were hashed but not if they were salted. If they didn't apply a salt then a list of common hashed passwords could easily be used to gain access to accounts. The main company website looks to be fine but if anyone used the same password on the forum and the main site they should defnitely change it.
