Archaeologists have found evidence of a hidden chamber in King Tutankhamun's tomb:

Egyptian officials now say they are "90% sure" that there is a hidden chamber in King Tutankhamun's tomb. The Antiquities Ministry said it had carried out scans to gather more information about the theory. Archaeologist Nicholas Reeves believes Tutankhamun's remains may have been rushed into an outer chamber of what was originally Queen Nefertiti's tomb. The remains of Tutankhamun, who may have been her son, were found in 1922. He died 3,000 years ago aged 19.

"Clearly it does look from the radar evidence as if the tomb continues, as I have predicted," Mr Reeves said at a press conference with the Egyptian Antiquities Minister Mamdouh al-Damati on Saturday, AFP reports. "The radar, behind the north wall [of Tutankhamun's burial chamber] seems pretty clear. If I am right it is a continuation - corridor continuation - of the tomb, which will end in another burial chamber," he said.

Mr Damati said the scans would now be sent to Japan for further analysis. Dr Reeves developed his theory after the Spanish artistic and preservation specialists, Factum Arte, were commissioned to produce detailed scans of Tutankhamun's tomb. [...] While assessing the scans last February, Dr Reeves spotted what he believed were marks indicating where two doorways used to be. The archaeologist from the University of Arizona says he believes Nefertiti may lie inside.

Just got to say, I am not surprised that MikeeUSA is on the anti-SJW side. And admins, we cannot block this perv? I mean, it would be worth it even if it mean blocking 72 innocent virgins, just to block this sick one.

Why would you ban someone just for speaking the truth?
Hans Reiser did not one thing wrong. Not one thing.
The Mountain Man in Colorado did not do anything wrong either?
They both faithfully executed a commandment in Deuteronomy for their God.

Hans Reiser killed the adulterous woman, as explicitly commanded to do.
Mountain Man of Colorado killed 2 people who entice others to follow another god/ruler/judge other than that of Deuteronomy.

They were just doing what they were told by their religion.

If you break the laws of your homeland because of your belief in fairy tales you have done something legally wrong. If you do something to another person against their will based on your belief in fairy tales you are doing something morally wrong. If you want the God of your belief to hold sway over anyone or anything, I submit you only have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that your God is real and holds the ability and power to influence and rule over us all. Good luck with that, in the millions of years of human existence it has not yet happened.

The craziness won't go away if you block the insane. But reporting these to the authorities might hopefully reduce the danger of more religious killing and raping. It's bad enough that these things happen in the Middle East.

If you collect enough data the flux of cosmic rays is steady. Someone made directional measurements of the flux inside the great pyramid, IIRC correctly they found some hidden rooms.

What is this, 1922 all over again? So we package up those scans in package crates and send them off by the faster clipper ship to the Orient?

I smell that sweet smell of political interference. Ancient Egyptology is interesting but it would be equally interesting to hear about the power-plays, deals and concessions that must be taking place behind closed doors. Pity we'll never get to hear those stories. I'll bet more than a few dirty deals have taken place to even get the equipment near the site.
