Derek Chauvin Sentenced to 22.5 Years for George Floyd Murder:
Derek Chauvin, the white former Minneapolis police officer convicted of killing George Floyd, a Black man, was sentenced to 22 and half years in prison Friday.

In his ruling last month, Cahill found that prosecutors had shown there were four aggravating factors that would allow him to hand down a longer prison term than sentencing guidelines would dictate.
The judge agreed that Chauvin abused his position of trust and authority; that he treated Floyd with particular cruelty by kneeling on his neck for over nine minutes, even as Floyd declared “I can’t breathe”; that he committed the crime as part of a group with three other officers; and that he committed the murder in front of children.
The prosecution had requested Derek Chauvin serve 360 months (30 years) in prison. The defense requested 150 months (12.5 years).

Derek Chauvin, 45, was convicted of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. The jurors deliberated for more than 10 hours over two days before coming to their decision.

Daily reminder: Judeo-Globalists created a religion around an ugly, criminal dope-addict who once held a gun to a woman; now this ugly catfish-nosed crook is having statues put up in his honor while historically relevant statues are being torn down.
Hard to believe with those catfish nostrils, but fucking career criminals always say that when they're resisting arrest and deservedly restrained by the cops. If he wasn't doped-up enough to die he would have jumped up and high-tailed it out of there, probably robbing an old lady along the way. This is the era of affirmative action, they guy could have got a job and bought his bananas with real 20-dollar bills and still been alive if he weren't a fuckup.
The only good news coming from this is now the hipster faggots who supported BLM are getting shot up by Black people, in their own gentrified neighborhoods like all those people who were shot in Austin, or every other day in Brooklyn when Black people mug the elderly and shoot people with kids at point-blank range. And now, with this court ruling, cops will be even more reluctant to show up when violence kicks off.
