Frequency of sex is declining in Finland since the 2000s, according to an ongoing 50 year study. The sharpest decline has been shown for 30-40 year olds who are down to once a week as the average. Sexperts downplay the importance of the findings. The results are based on the FINSEX research project that has tracked the subject for decades.

      AC is missing the point that we're hoping they imply "together" not just some random gender group selections.

      Sure, I'll move to Finland if they issue me a 20 yr old GF. My wife would likely be offended but if 50 = 2 * 25 maybe I can get two 25 yr old GFs.

        I saw a TeeVee newsmagazine piece a bunch of years back on a particular social activity in Finland.
        It seems that Finns are quite taken with the Tango.
        They showed clips of Finns dancing this very passionate dance.
        They looked like they were assembling furniture.

        ISTM that what's missing more than sex is romance.

    I assume that this is self-reported, not independently verified. As such, I think it says more about attitudes towards openly sharing how often you have sex than the actual act.
