I'll probably be voting for SoylentNews, but it entirely depends on what the choices are -- there might be something really clever.
I've been trying to think of something clever, but have failed thus far...
Would have been neat if the submissions included suggestions for the extra terms involved; i.e. the equivalencies for "Soyled", "Soylentors", etc

What about "Soylenators"? It seems more dignified than "soylentils," although I don't object to that name.

      What about "Soylenators"?

Love it! I was close with "Soylentors", but that extra 'a' makes all the difference.

If SoylentNews survives the name-change-vote, this should be made the official term.
If somebody could loan us a time-travel-device, I'm sure we could get Charlton Heston to issue a royal decree.

I actually misread your earlier post at first, which is where I got "soylenators" from. Although I do like "soylentors" a bit better than "soylentils."

Maybe after we decide on a site name, we should hold a vote to decide the common term for the community members.

Good idea, though it does suggest the term "voters" :-)
Seriously though leaving it to 'organically evolve' is probably better.

Well, in another week or so, "lentils" makes less sense (for some).

I say if it ain't broke don't fix it. Soylent is clever, short, and an inside joke for the geeks, all in all I think its a top notch name.
