    What about "Soylenators"?

    Love it! I was close with "Soylentors", but that extra 'a' makes all the difference.

    If SoylentNews survives the name-change-vote, this should be made the official term.
    If somebody could loan us a time-travel-device, I'm sure we could get Charlton Heston to issue a royal decree.

    I actually misread your earlier post at first, which is where I got "soylenators" from. Although I do like "soylentors" a bit better than "soylentils."

    Maybe after we decide on a site name, we should hold a vote to decide the common term for the community members.

      Good idea, though it does suggest the term "voters" :-)
      Seriously though leaving it to 'organically evolve' is probably better.

        Well, in another week or so, "lentils" makes less sense (for some).
