    I was always annoyed by the excessive days that polls last on /., and it seems to be worst here.

    Isn't three days more than enough?

    Also, the new polls aren't announced on the RSS feed. For a user that follows the site from the feed (or from email newsletters), it means you can miss polls if you don't check the homepage every now and then.
