    Fun to think about even though it's never going to happen.

    If the laid off people did that and succeeded then it would open the floodgates for every civilian US (aero)space company to sue for all the lost revenue and incurred costs from 40 years of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations [wikipedia.org]) and its unintended consequences against anything "dual use" (pretty much everything). That's a lot of money.

    Also every US computer-related company could sue the US government for all the Five Eyes madness.

    And it all really ought to make the US government think some more about how smart it really is to push for huge multinational agreements that enables companies to take governments to court over losses and so on, just about every large US company will sue the US government first if they have any sense at all XD
