If it seems like every week, there's another terrorist attack – well, you're not wrong. According to one crowdsourcing map, there have been over 500 attacks around the world since the start of 2017, with over 3,500 fatalities. For a period in 2016, ISIS-initiated attacks were occurring, on average, every 84 hours.
Despite improvements in methods and coordination among law enforcement agencies over the past 25 years, they're still hamstrung in a number of ways. With large public gatherings of people becoming more attractive targets for terrorists, what are the best strategies moving forward?

To better prepare for securing soft targets (and this isn't to say threats against "hard targets," like planes, buildings and infrastructure, have diminished) law enforcement agencies must improve coordination among one another, whether it's via intelligence, information sharing and training. And then there's the need for deconfliction, which refers to avoiding self-defeating behavior – from interagency rivalries and poor communication to insufficient coordination – by people who are on the same side.

None of you people are getting the point of who the victims are.
They are not targeting "average" people. Note they are also not targeting right wing people. I haven't seen any NRA conventions attacked. Or American pro sports. Or right wing American media.
The victims so far are almost all lefty "new urbanism" hipster liberal arts, taking my pre-teen daughter to a THOT indoctrination concert, hanging out at the gay nightclub kind of left wing or left leaning victim.
These are people who class and stratify themselves by their victimhood status (Am I a better more devout holier than thou democrat because I'm an oppressed black or because I'm an oppressed gay or because I'm an oppressed woman... hmm what makes me a "better" victim?)
So talking to them like they're normal people who don't want to be victims is inherently implicitly troll behavior. They want to die as martyrs to the evils of white male capitalism in a splash of blood. They want to be oppressed holier than thou victims. Trying to help them not be victims is as corny and hopeless and disrespectful of their identity as trying to "pray the gay away". It just doesn't work like that.
Also for political signalling reasons they'd literally rather die than own a gun or take any self defense considerations. They believe in big brother protecting them and any reaction is a slap in the face of their holy god of the government. Telling them to learn self defense is like trying to talk a good Catholic into pissing on the altar, you're just wasting time and pissing everyone off.
To be honest as long as they almost exclusively attack progressives I'm not seeing a huge problem. If you don't lay down with dogs, you don't get up with fleas. I think they know darn well that they can commit organized attacks on gay nightclubs or SJW infested colleges and there will be no response but the first time they bomb a cathedral or synagogue there will be something like a Krystalnight uprising, so not wanting the day of the rope they're only attacking prog hangouts.
My advise is if you don't want to become a martyr to the god of progressivism, its not rocket surgery to not do prog BS.
Its like asking how to avoid sunburn caused skin cancer. Well, one way to start, is to GTFO of the sunlight if it hurts you.
So... don't do gay stuff, don't go to pre-teen THOT concerts, if you see "vibrant multicultural new urbanism" run away the opposite direction... this isn't hard to figure out...

Its interesting that whites have been propagandized to never police our own degenerates, nothing is too far left wing, and its gotten so bad that we need to import foreigners to set boundaries. You know what else is weird, is blue-state progressives are getting hundreds killed by muslims and the whining is deafening, but red-state red-pilled anti-progs have joined the military or whatever and thousands have come back dead or maimed and other than making fun of their opiate addictions all we get is silence. Its kinda like the muslims fight red-pilled westerners in Iraq so they leave us alone back home in the USA, but blue-pilled westerners are crumbing at a tenth or hundredth the level of casualties in the blue-pilled westerner vs muslim war on western soil. Man the F up, you blue pilled men and women. The red pilled men and women don't cry nearly this much with 100x the losses.
Lefties have weird daydreams / erotic dreams about white aryan nazis punishing them for their degeneracy, but now that the Muslims are doing it to them they still have this cultural belief that the right wing white male is their greatest adversary, which is pretty comical. We'll stand around a statue you're gonna eventually demolish anyway, while the muslims blow up at a pre-teen THOT indoctrination concert full of little lefties and somehow the whites are the "real" problem. Well, anti-white racists gotta be anti-white racists...
