    Non-US here. I have a stack of options in terms of resellers, but in terms of infrastructure usage, it would be 2 fixed and 3 wireless options.

    Technically, that sort of describes the US, too, except the options stack up like this:

    Coaxial high-speed delivery by the cable TV company - customer service from the 8th level of hell, but usable when its working. Epileptic pricing structure, always settling on the high side of unreasonable.

    Twisted copper DSL delivery (too slow by half) by AT&T, slow and the predatory monopoly from a century ago (these are the people who charge late fees to hurricane victims who can't receive mail...)

    Various satellite and occasional ground based wireless service providers, all on par with cable pricing, but much slower and even less reliable.
