I had an issue for a while where I could not post either. It turned out that someone who worked at the same place I was contracting was spamming/trolling hard and 2 of the 3 firewall addresses had been blocked due to 'excessive' posting. I reset my desktop ip to utilize the 3rd unblocked firewall address which also happened to be reserved for server farm machines and the problem resolved itself. I never did find out who was the Llama at that place, and I have since moved on to another contract.
