Pretty unfair to make fun of this guy. I think this was probably a slick move to shoot a !!!Russian!!! agent without alerting him first. He was only pretending to be stupid.

Every proposal for gun control makes exemptions for law enforcement. No proposal would have changed this outcome.

This guy's case is still going on. After three mistrials, most prosecutors would have given up, but there are racial overtones because he is a fucking haole that intervened when his victim, a proud drunk kanaka, was assaulting another fucking haole who was just minding his business.
