Hear me out. I know this place wants to be seen as different from Slashdot, and the focus on maintaining a sane display and content system is awesome. But, while one of the reasons that I like Slashdot is the discussion, the other reason is that I like it is that it is a good place to go to get Geek-related news. Yes, in a dozen stories there might only be three good ones, but those three good ones make a daily Slashdot visit worthwhile for me. If I didn't have to go there, it'd be wicked. Obviously, some stories (like Mtgox going down) are going to be picked up everywhere, but some more obscure ones might not be, and I do like going to Slashdot for that occasional geek discussion that comes out of nowhere.

ps: GREAT WORK! The site looks awesome.
