Saturday night I forgot to call 9-1-1 but my brother in law figured it out then told me

Increasingly severe Broca's Aphasia in my writing since Sunday morning. By 11:00 AM could not write intelligibly. That same Broca's was in my speech starting noon today, grew in severity then subsided just now.

In early 2011 I was completely unable to remember the name of the lover I had during the summer of 2010. She and I weee very close but I would never had a clue until my mother told me

Since 2014 I've been able to remember what happened since happened yet have never had a clue as to _when_.

This morning I made a truly awesome sandwich for lunch then when I got to work totally forgot about it. Remembered it when I got home but was stymied by why it was not in my bag

Left _all_ of my medicine as well as my wallet at work when I left mudafternoon today. This was the very first time I've ever forgotten my wallet.

I remember just fine that there's something I must say such as telling my nurse that I just had my kidney out

But I'm completely unable to Remember that I just said it

The ER isn't going to be able to do anything other than to ensure that it's not a life threatening condition.

But all of these together would likely identify my diagnosis to a neurologist. When I came here I was hoping I would be admitted to this hospital's neurology ward

      Sleep tight.

I am an insomniac. There are many days each week that I only get 2 - 3 hours of sleep. It can wreak havoc on a variety of normal body functions, including short term memory and cognitive abilities.

Try to catch up on your sleep. I know you don't want to, and that you want to <insert something here> because you've lost so much time and productivity lately. But you need to rest and catch up on your sleep in order to right your ship. If you don't you'll end up cycling through these episodes over and over again.

On a side note, I have noticed an increase in unstable activity since your kidney was removed. I certainly hope it was not the organ keeping the rest of your body in check. If it was, you should pen "My Kidney Was My Rudder" before things go completely off the rails.
