Anybody has the right to say what they want in a personal conversation, and there is no evidence the woman in this scenario is being detained with force.
Your questions get to the bottom of the hypocrisy in third wave feminism. There are many very good, objective reasons to simply never speak to somebody who may have been assigned the female gender at birth, especially if one does not have the wealth to afford a lawyer and an extended legal battle**. Feminists cannot want people who were assigned the male gender at birth to talk to people assigned the female gender at birth (regardless of capacity for pregnancy and childbirth*), otherwise they would not enact such draconian policies that define even speaking without being spoken to as a crime of sexual assault.
Let us not even get started on the inherent contradictions and craven fealty to patriarchal values and fascism revealed when feminists adopted "incel" as an accusation of essentially witchcraft.
* Aren't attempts by feminists to define a woman in terms of her body parts and practice gender essentialism sounding just a little like the bigotries that prompted the origins of second wave feminism? But, say the third wave feminists, we must define a woman in terms of her body parts, because how else will we apply our bigoted double-standard to a Canadian man who simply changes his legal gender marker without undergoing any other form of gender transition?
** Here too feminism shows that it is a movement that is not only bigoted but antidemocratic. It is no wonder that frat boys are undeterred by draconian policies on college campuses that are plainly in violation of Title IX. It is another way for the ruling elites to place the cost of their excesses on the backs of the working class.
