I'm not yet doing this every day but tomorrow I'll do sing scales before work.

The first time I sang scales I measured my range. I don't recall what it was but I will say I was quite dismayed at how narrow it was.

Today I only sang from C below middle C up to middle C and back. Once I'm confident that I can do so really well, and to project effectively I'll add just one note above and below.

It's not raining so I'll sing around eleven but only one or two sets. I have a shrink appointment in Vancouver at three and just want enough to buy a coffee t drink in her waiting room.

I'll bring a coffee from work. I have a righteous twenty ounce stainless steel HydroFlask.

I've been wanting a steel flask for eons so I don't have to throw out so very many coffee cups, but had not actually purchased one because I patronize lots of different cafes - Starbucks, Peets, Case Study Coffee, Latte Da in Vancouver among others. So I didn't want a branded flask.

And yes I had plenty of opportunities to buy one for many millennia know. Getting my supply of Round Toits stocked is often a challenge for me.

A few minutes ago I was posting to a Wikipedia Talk Page and was dismayed to find my Broca's Aphasia turning up in my drafts.

I skipped the singing this morning then headed straight to the train as I knew that I would only barely make it on time to my shrink's. During my travel I feared that's I'd be late but was greatly relieved that I never had to wait long to catch the train nor to transfer to each of the two buses. So I arrived with twenty-five minutes to spare!

It was only after checking in with Elena's receptionist that she informed me that I was an hour and twenty five minutes early. :-0

This entire morning I _knew_ that my appointment was at three, but by the time I so-hastily departed for the train I'd become completely convinced that it was at _two_.

I have some other stuff I'd like to post but the dizziness is coming on again. When I'm at home I can avoid the nausea by lying quietly in bed in the dark while listening to Head-Banging Rock And Roll Turned All The Way Up To Eleven: Mutually Assured Destruction. To do so in my shrink's waiting room would not be received well, so instead I'll just sit quietly with my eyes closed.
