The machines can pack up boxes at a rate of 600 to 700 per hour, or four to five times as fast as human workers, according to Reuters, which first reported the development.

They might have changed it. It might need to be done from Your Orders on an open order, or they might have removed the support feature I remember using and replaced it with this contact page [amazon.com]. In which case I would try the instant chat option.
