Interesting info on how big a scum Biden is, and why maybe Trump may win again.
If they don't dump Biden, Trump will ROAST HIS ASS and win. Again.

Are they THAT STUPID to push him forward?

If the Democrats want to win, they need to pick a candidate that's closer to the center than Donald Trump, and or less creepy than Donald Trump, preferably both.

That seems like such a small ask. But it also seems like they aren't capable of doing it.

Hillary was probably the most extreme centrist they could have nominated, but the people didn't want her. What would her presidency have been like? Her positions would have been all over the place, just not for the working class: meddling in foreign states with thousands of troops probably getting deployed, needless attempts to poach from Russia's back yard, tacit approval of illegal immigration, free government money for urban blacks, grandiose high speed rail plans, higher taxes on consumption. Pretty much a continuation of an Obama style administration.
Nothing for the average Joe trying to raise a family and make ends meet.

"Hillary was probably the most extreme centrist they could have nominated, but the people didn't want her"

Clinton was a veteran politician who switched positions with the wind, yes, that can be a way to win. But in this case the problem is we knew her. We knew her from two terms in the White House, plus her time as SecState etc. And she's just an utterly awful person, she's proven that too many times and too many voters remember that. It doesn't even matter what policy positions she took at that point - we all knew she'd say anything to get elected, then do whatever she wanted afterwards. No one could trust her positions as a result. There's a sizable portion of the electorate that are simply never going to vote for her, for anything, ever again.

"What would her presidency have been like?"

A step over the line into a full-on fascist and imperial state.

"Pretty much a continuation of an Obama style administration."

She would have been much worse than Obama. Obama didn't end the wars like he should have, but he DID resist a lot pressure to recklessly expand them. Clinton would not have resisted, she was one of the ones constantly applying pressure.

Well, if you look at the polls that ask Americans about their positions on specific policy issues, they turn out to be rather left-wing. That goes for marijuana all the way to medicare-for-all, and a bunch of other issues as well. Where does this idea that the Democrats always need to run a centrist in order to win come from? Not from reality, that's for sure.
