    They're late to the party. Over in Michigan's Calvinist no-go zone (Holland-Grand Rapids area), Zeeland's school banned the book back when there was just Sorcerer's Stone, before it was a series. Decided to give it a read after that happened. Never did read the others though.

    I can also verify that yes, these people really are that damned stupid, delusional, and frankly insane. They have a tenuous grasp on reality at best. They actively choose to live in a demon-haunted world. They believe that demons literally exist.
