Perhaps it'd be best if some examples were drawn up and then posted in a story, so we could see what the colour choices would be exactly, and what they would look like in the context of slashcode.

Well, I made this a while back and the people liked it but staff didn't since they wanted red.

That is quite good, and I was half expecting to be bumping into you once I got onto the development side of things.

I'm also going to throw my vote behind this (though in the poll I voted greyscale). It's clean and easy on the eyes. I'm fine with it not being that exact color, assuming a different color will still give the same overall impression of simple tidiness.

Yes...Oh God Yes!! Anything but this red. Okay, maybe not anything, but your color is SO MUCH BETTER. I think I'd take OMG Ponies (remember that) over this red. Yet, I still come back moment by moment for I've come to appreciate S/N over my long, but tragic relationship with .. well you know.

Yes I like this too. I voted green, but this is MUCH better than the current logo and colour combo.

I think sometimes people forget that the best logos are simple text. no clever allusions, no fancy graphic.

And thanks for getting this poll up, I actually voted on this one, more like this and a meaningful democratic community can grow..

It would be best if you guys launched a beta in green so we can compare. Also make it more Web 3.0, make the text more spaced, remove the parent button, add some huge images... Oh wait.
