    Coincidence or not, when half the bloody internet is blue for the same reason, it starts to be associated less with relaxation and more with websites designed by psychomarketing professionals for their audience.

    Shall our noble soylent join them? I say nay!

    Years ago, so I can't give a citation to DVD, I watched all of ST Next Generation in a row (I had just gotten a Netflix account). On one of the discs there was interview with some of the people who did special effects, and they had a saying. If you can't make it good, make it blue.
