You'll be in a nightmare, weirded out to the point of numbness, if you keep opposing America and it's people and culture. That's what losing feels like.
Join the American team. Go to a Trump rally. Fly the US flag outside your home. Call ICE whenever you are suspicious. Donate to We Build The Wall. Buy everything 100% American to support your fellow citizens. Ditch the leftist self-loathing and needless guilt; these cause mental problems.
If nothing else, it'll cheer you up.

Understand something: I do not hate myself. I don't hate the good things this country *purportedly* stands for, though it's done a piss-poor job at most of them for most of its history. What I hate is ignorance, especially willful ignorance, *especially* willful ignorance masquerading as civic virtue. You, of course, are utterly incapable of knowing the difference.
