    When was the last time that a member of the Executive branch was locked up for defying a Congressional subpoena? What percentage of people who have done this have been locked up historically?

    What's the procedure to do so? What statute(s) and case law govern?

    If you can't answer those basic questions, I suppose that explains your post.
