You seem incapable of distinguishing between investigating a political opponent and investigating "russian meddling". Read what Patrick Byrne has said about the matter. If you can't document, or even explain what you're blathering on about without some youtube video, it's most likely bullshit.

Otherwise, I can only assume it's either some whack job spouting bullshit conspiracy theories or that *you* profit from views of that particular video.
