A violation of this section may be prosecuted in the jurisdiction in which the communication was made or received or in the City of Richmond if the person subjected to the act is one of the following officials or employees of the Commonwealth: the Governor, Governor-elect, Lieutenant Governor, Lieutenant Governor-elect, Attorney General, or Attorney General-elect, a member or employee of the General Assembly, a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, or a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

[Update]: Deathmonkey was kind enough to point out that this was in fact a Republican-passed bill from 2K that is being reaffirmed/reenacted by the Democrats, as well as adding the ability for the state to prosecute in Richmond no matter where the crime was committed if it's against state-owned property or a politician. Let's hear it for bipartisan fuckwadery! This would have been updated sooner but this is the first time I've looked at it since Thursday around lunchtime. Sorry, you're just not as interesting as The Roomie's kids who arrived a couple hours later.

You're absolutely right that just about every Democrat is a shitstain. This is a blatant effort to silence any and all criticism, obviously because the left is incapable of actually refuting any of the criticism. The primary objective of the left is to take away all of our rights and ensure that nobody can speak up against them or oppose anything the left does.
The left claims it's for the betterment of society to criminalize things like hate speech, but really it's because the truth would expose the hypocrisy and lies coming from the left. It is a fact that all niggers, kikes, towelheads, wetbacks, chinks, dune coons, pakis, curry niggers, japs, gooks, and all other darkies hate America and want to destroy the civilized society we have built. The sole reason that I hate all darkies is because they hate America and seek to destroy our country. My hate is strong and I'm damned proud of it. In fact, my hate is getting stronger as I talk to you people. However, I'm not racist, and there's absolutely nothing racist about my post.
The left will accuse me of racism because they know I'm telling the truth about darkies, but the left knows they can't refute anything I'm saying. On this site, rather than try to refute the truth I'm telling about darkies, they will censor my post to -1. However, the left is actively working to criminalize speaking truths like those contained in my post. That is their goal by passing laws like this one in Virginia.
The real goal of the left is to enslave all white people under the control of darkies. That's why they want to revoke the second amendment rights of law-abiding white people, but they're happy to allow niggers to roam free on the streets and kill people and other niggers with illegal firearms. Anyone who asks why it's necessary for niggers to commit so many crimes is labeled a racist. The truth is that the left doesn't have a logical answer to explain away their hypocrisy.
The same thing happens at our nation's borders, where white people are subject to invasive searches by customs officers, even going so far as to confiscate electronic devices for further searches without any actual suspicion of wrongdoing. However, the left opposes building a wall on the southern border because they want to ensure wetback scabs can freely cross the border without any impediments, smuggling contraband into the United States as they please. The left also wants to ensure that sand niggers can freely enter the country, particularly ones that hate the United States. If you're a darkie and tell the customs officer, "death to America," then you're free to enter without any additional scrutiny. The left wants to make sure that camel jockeys are able to continue invading the United States, pretending to be refugees or students.
This is all done at the behest of the left's kike overlords, who have worked hard to try to force censorship under the guise of preventing so-called hate speech. Democrats previously introduced legislation to try to criminalize any criticism of Israel as hate speech. And don't even suggest limiting the ability of the left to import curry niggers with H-1B visas to take away jobs from skilled American laborers. That will also be labeled hate speech, and Democrats will work hard to destroy the reputation of anyone who suggests that kikes are abusing H-1B visas to inflate their profits.
Democrats are working hard to introduce laws like this one in Virginia, which will make it illegal to tell the truth about their plans to destroy our democracy and enslave everyone under the rule of darkies. The left won't stop until Americans lose every single right and liberty that they have.
Buzzard, you are absolutely right that Democrats are shitstains and hate America. I'm grateful that I'm not the only person who sees the evil of these laws that are being introduced under the premise of protecting society.
