Throwing spam mods in anger, this one was. I imagine that he was mod-banned for a month, when said spam mods were reversed. But really, a Soylentil who quits, after the first mod-banning? Probably was never cut out to be a soylentil in the frost piece.
Second strike, six months. Been that way since the Spam mod first went in and we've had less than half a dozen folks ever intentionally (page-down or mouse wheel while focused on the dropdown list = unintentional) abuse it twice.
