This is as thorough of an investigation into a state election process as can possibly be done in the available time. This debunks every one of the Trump campaign's allegations about fraud and irregularities in Georgia. The process was led by Georgia's Secretary of State, a Republican. There was zero merit to any of the Trump campaign's allegations about Georgia. Zero.

The Trump campaign has made even more outlandish claims about fraud in other states. They are so egregious but zero evidence has been produced. The absurdity is so great that even Tucker Carlson called BS on Trump lawyer Sidney Powell [washingtonpost.com]. Carlson is a shill for Donald Trump and that's putting it nicely. When Carlson says the Trump campaign is full of shit, it means they're full of shit.

Georgia's thorough audit debunked the Trump campaign's allegations about that state. The Trump campaign refuses to provide any evidence of their even more bizarre allegations about other states to the point that even his strongest supporters on Fox News have called BS. Shouldn't this be enough to make even the most hardened of Trump supporters admit that everything the Trump and his campaign are saying has zero merit?

"Shouldn't this be enough to make even the most hardened of Trump supporters admit that everything the Trump and his campaign are saying has zero merit?"

Yes it should, but so should have the last 4 yesrs. Trumpers are emotionally comoromised and so far down the rabbit hole that admitting being suckered would be an existential crisis. So just wait and they'll go into denial about ever supporting him or whatever. That is the best we're likely to get. No apologies, no self-reflection, and continued reliance on carlson, hannity, jones. No amount of pointing out their lies makes a difference.

"Carlson is a shill for Donald Trump and that's putting it nicely."

    Indeed.

"When Carlson says the Trump campaign is full of shit, it means they're full of shit."

No, what it means is that management at Fox "News" have told Carlson that is what he should believe/say. You need to face facts: Carlson is a spineless empty suit. He and all his adoring fans need to learn a simple truth: putting on a bow tie and spouting a few "conservative" talking points does not confer on him the mantle of successor to George Will's ideological legacy.

I'm pretty far on the left side of the political spectrum but I find I am still turned off by some of the leftwing media personalities because they are distasteful people who have little problem stretching the truth or outright lying to win the argument.

That goes doubly so for rightwing media because for some reason they have chosen the path of darkness and lies. If I can see the darkness behind some leftwing pundits manipulating facts for their own purposes then how can rightwing folks not see Carlson, Hannity and Shapiro for the lying fucks they are?
