    Yep, looks like it. Some states require the campaign to pay for it but since the GA taxpayers will be on the hook he'll definitely be requesting a 3rd recount.

    Georgia resident should be pissed but most of that taxpayer money came from NY or CA anyway so it won't bother them.

    (Just kidding, the counties pay for it. It's not actually paid for by all that Red State Welfare we send them.)
