President Joe Biden will announce an end Thursday to U.S. support for a grinding five-year Saudi-led military offensive in Yemen that has deepened human suffering in the Arabian peninsula’s poorest country, national security adviser Jake Sullivan said.

    I become very suspicious and with very good reason.

    Just because you are paranoid, that does not mean you cannot be stupid at the same time!

    The entire premise of Democracy is we can disagree and negotiate, not that we can purge minorities for wrong-think until we get agreement.

    But, we should be able to disregard the crazy, who are a minority, and they do not have "wrong-thing": they are wrong, and they can't think, because of all the voices in their heads, and the radio-tranmissions leaking through their tin-foil hat, and the jonesing from coming off of adrenochrome. We will not get agreement from the insane, we have to give them proper medical care, like an "I-love-me" jacket and a room decorated with matresses on all the walls. Certainly keep them away from guns and Capitol buildings.
