Of those, I find Stack Overflow quite helpful.
Quora seems only to exist in order to pad out google search results. iirc, everytime I went to the quora page it required me to log in to see any answer. I found out that I liked things much better when I just filtered out quora's results by personalizing my search results to ignore the site.
And it seems on reddit, you are just as likely to get some moron calling you an idiot for even asking then you are to get a real answer. (and browsing reddit is much better with a javascript blocker... but that now requires you to replace all urls with old.reddit.com instead of www.reddit.com )
Now with 5 covid vaccine shots/boosters altering my DNA :P

Quora fills the role of taking on the very dumb questions that Yahoo! Answers was famous for.
The Reddit experience varies. But on all of these sites, usually someone already asked the question you want answered.

Reddit is policed by blue-haired Ham-planets. So if your answer makes their crust-infested holes itch, it will disappear into the void, much like any diet advice you might give them.
