Tel Aviv will test dog poop DNA to fine owners who don’t clean up:
Tel Aviv has found an innovative way of dealing with dog owners who don’t clean up after their pets in the city streets — testing the excrement’s DNA and sending a fine to the owner by mail.
The city council on Monday approved a motion setting up a DNA database and stating that dog owners will be required to submit their pets’ genetic details to authorities upon receiving or renewing a license, Hebrew-language media reported.
The validity of current dog licenses will expire six months after the new ruling takes effect, and new licenses won’t be approved unless owners give over the DNA details, the reports said.
The regulations won’t apply to guide dogs or to dogs kept by animal protection organizations.

The Haredi are the Jews' Jews the same way ISIS are the Muslim's Muslims, the same way the uncle who gets drunk at thanksgiving and hits on his brother's 16yo daughter is your family, the same way democrat BLM rioters who block you from getting home and beat you up at a restaurant for not raising your fist and go on to rob stores are the blacks' niggers, the same way the small minority of republicans are the republicans' fat redneck nazis who pray away covid while dying on a ventilator. They're all a tiny but very loud minority, and an embarrassment to the group the claim to represent - a group that's more against them than even the general population. And the common thread there is they all play victim while being the aggressor, they're all dumber than a box of rap tapes, and strangely enough, they all try to fuck their 16yo niece.
