Oops!

But "He said he is 'fully responsible for this strike and the tragic outcome.'"

"We apologize, and we will endeavor to learn from this horrible mistake," another guy said. I'm sure they will.. uh huh

But hey! "at least one of those people that were killed was an ISIS facilitator.". Not even, eh?

The 10 dead were all members of the same extended family, relatives told NBC News, and included the seven children. Some were as young as 2 and 3.

Milley said "Trump is nuts", no wait, I'm sorry, that's a misquote, what he really said was, "... at this point, we think the procedures were correctly followed, and it was a righteous strike." (from "over the horizon")

Way to go, guys!

And the press! There's speculation the story was delayed/ignored for some time...

EDIT:
Hmm, The Silence of the Dems is so deafening! *Can't Touch This!*

EDIT 2:
AOC - democrat socialist? Hardly! democrat socialite..

Yes, we were searching desperately for "a politically correct replacement for Third World". That search has been ongoing as a top priority, both in the US as well as the UN, for about 50 years. Thank God some millennial was around to save the day! /sarcasm

Third World stopped making sense when the soviets collapsed and the "Second World" disappeared.

Third world will still be appropriate for a long time to come. Much of Africa, for instance, is aligning with China today. Big parts of Asia are aligned, or are aligning with China. And, there are still countries that don't want to be aligned with either the Western Bloc, or with the Chinese Bloc. The names and faces are changing, but the concepts aren't going away any time soon.

The origin of the term "Third World" doesn't come from rankings, but instead a reference to Third Person.

      • First World - my world. I am talking about me in the first person
      • Second World - your world. Technically, second world countries are my peers who I speak to, but are not me. The term's not really used at all these days.
      • Third World - their world. Those countries that I talk about ("them") but don't talk to

The origin of the term "Third World" doesn't come from rankings, but instead a reference to Third Person.

One can see that's broken merely by looking at your definitions of First and Second World. What's the first and second person viewpoint analogues that would allow both Russia and China to be Second World, but the US and Japan to be First World?

Second World - your world. Technically, second world countries are my peers who I speak to, but are not me. The term's not really used at all these days.

What's missing from that tale is that these were divided by ideology not some rhetorical point of view. And communism, the ideology of the Second World failed badly, almost Nazi-level badly. That's why "Second World" is gone without a trace.

I notice they didn't stop in Baltimore, or Detroit, or other shithole Democrat run cities. But, yeah, 'Murica ain't so rich as a lot of people imagine, and neglected communities are neglected.
