No, the experts don't say that.
There is a lot that you can do with the right conditions, and even some antiviral drugs, which don't actually kill ebola but prevent other opportunistic viral infections from taking hold. Look at the ebola death rates in modern western hospitals compared to third world countries. Many, if not All current US ebola patients are getting transfusions and experimental drug treatment (usually under NDA).
