from the here-there-and-everywhere dept.

As reported here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and elsewhere, the previously discussed rights to the ebola.com domain were offered for US$150,000.

Well, Russian owned Weed Growth Fund bought it for US$200,000. However, US$50,000 is in cash and US$150,000 is is the form of 19,192 shares in Cannabis Sativa, Inc..

The plan is to use ebola.com to publish inside information and coverups related to Ebola treatment. However, it may be a conspiracy theorist paradise given the stated belief that marijuana may aid Ebola treatment.

I doubt that cannabis can cure anything at all.

Well that may be true, but there are numerous very promising treatments coming out of the cannabis plant and derivatives. For instance, it seems to be very effective treating seizures in severe cases of brain seizure disorders [blogspot.com]. Some studies have linked a deficiency of cannabinoids to several disorders including Migraine, Fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome [prohealth.com]. Clearly, if those studies are confirmed, cannabis treatment would be the most effective path to a cure. And of course there have been many studies that show CBD (derived from cannabis) is effective at stopping the growth and metastasis of cancer cells. It may not be a cure, but if it continues to show promise, it could lead to a treatment that would allow cancer victims to avoid death by aggressive cancers.

is effective at stopping the growth and metastasis of cancer cells.

As well as a potent, natural antiemetic [lmddgtfy.net] and appetite stimulant [lmddgtfy.net] (very, very, very!!!11) useful e.g. while undergoing chemotherapy. (Yeah, not just CBD.)
