The first rule of time travel is you do not kill Hitler.
The second rule of time travel is you DO NOT kill Hitler.
The third rule of time travel has to do with the dialectical materialism, because this is just how history appears to work.
Now, if you want to stop Hitler, my recommendation is to protect Rosa Luxemburg from the Freikorps in 1919. Diseases like COVID-19 are quickly controlled and eliminated by the resulting socialist society.

Yes, as my comrade pointed out, even if you kill Marx and Engels, the third rule of time travel still applies. It's just how history works.

If memory serves, I believe the smallest mortar round you can get nowadays is 60mm so those 50mm aren't of any use. Similarly, the Lahti L-39 needs a rechambering to .50 bgm and would cost $3 a round to be of any use other than a dust collector... The Mosin–Nagants would be fine to hunt boars if you have access to cheap ammunition but I think there's a lot of of nice used rifles with tripods and rails for scopes that you can get for ~$100 so, correcting for inflation...
The lamps are nice. Would buy those.
