I'm only on Facebook to get people to read my books. I'm not on Instagrandma because it's a platform for empty-v aliterates, and I'm not on twitter because I'm not a twit.

Facebook showed me how ignorant normal people are. It saddens me.

Oh, about Sirius [mcgrewbooks.com], it's probably the least serious stellar system in the galaxy.

I'm on here, and a diesel truck forum, which is mostly frequented by farmers, ranchers, truckers, and those who are interested in the mechanics of the operation and maintenance of diesel engines.

I figure these groups represent the cream of the crop of what's left of humanity. We design stuff and make it work.

So far, I have yet to meet a farmer, rancher, trucker, mechanic, or similar tradesman I hold in contempt of being nothing but a useless parasite to society.

However the ones who profess leadership skills frequently earn my ire. Some people make things, some do nothing but destroy things others made.

It is bad for me to associate with them. They are masters at putting the fire that drives me.
