I think I'm genuinely a better person for having "known" Michael David Crawford and his story, and for me soylentnews will always be associated with that name (even though I had seen it before on the other site). I'm also hopeful that I'm a bit more thoughtful of how different people can be because of "that girl" (I think the nickname is Azuma something). Specifically she's representative of a strange combination of rationality and wacky supernatural beliefs that I didn't think possible.
Then there are also a few other people who I thought insightful and informative, and overall complete the positive memories (like yourself and the guy with the grin, and there are certainly others who I can't identify right now).
In case we never "talk" again, thanks for everything and remember that the universe is waiting.
