For nostalgic reasons, I could also go for DEC VMS, running ALL-IN-1 [wikipedia.org] and 20/20 [wikipedia.org]. Throw in an LN03 printer, DATATRIEVE [wikipedia.org] and a VAX FORTRAN compiler, and I'd be all set.
If the system were a VAXstation 4000 model 90 or 96, I could do graphics work as well. Although with 20/20 and a VT125, plotting graphs was possible with the ReGIS [wikipedia.org] capability. A VT340 would give you colour graphics: ReGis, Sixel [wikipedia.org], or Tektronix 4010/4014 [wikipedia.org], although I'd probably need a DEC Terminal Server to get full multi-session capability.
