Check between the legs, if there are dangle bits it's a male. Although, I've heard some members of the "Boss" species can suck their genitals up into their bodies to prevent reproductive damage during long winded battles, more commonly known as "meetings".

Ok, cheers! I'll get my flashlight and caving gear and have a rummage around up there to see what's present.

I think HR would like to have a word with you about your approach to gender Identification. Basic retraining is in order and please remember that a simple "are you male or female" will suffice. Please report by 12 AM to room 103. Thank you.

Because askin your boss if they're male or female would be less insulting. XD

Face it, if you have to check, or ask, you're fired.

What if my building doesn't have a room 103?

Is that training conducted by Professor Oak?

That's not proof. They can fashion artificial "dangly bits" to make a woman look like a man, but sorry, Bradley (or whatever he changed his name to) has a Y chromosome so he's still a man, with or without "dangly bits". If you have no Y chromosome, you are not "da man". And so far they haven't found a way to change your Ys to Xes or vice-versa.

Of course, it could be said the "woman" is a contraction for "womb man" (except "Loretta" will never have a womb). "Where's the baby going to gestate??" In that case I guesss a woman coule be "da man".
