His legacy includes the dismantling of Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal, the final dirty win of Management over Labor, the outsourcing of America’s manufacturing base, the embezzlement of almost all the country's wealth by 1% of its citizens, the scapegoating of the poor and black, the War on Drugs, the eviction of schizophrenics into the streets...

Some stuff you forgot to mention: Reagan named the 1st woman to SCOTUS, opposed abortion, and also did what he said he'd do when running for office, like cut taxes, decontrol oil prices, reduce unemployment, lower interest rates, cut the federal budget and not bow down to the Communist state.

Reagan named the 1st woman to SCOTUS

I hate to say it like this but: big whoop. I am sure another president would have done it. It was inevitable.

      opposed abortion

      Is that a good thing?

      like cut taxes

Reganomics wasnt all it was cracked up to be. The reasons are too numerous to list here.

      decontrol oil prices

Which was started by Carter. Do some research first.

      reduce unemployment

Every presidency has done the same:
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jobs_created_during_U.S._presidential_terms [wikipedia.org]

      lower interest rates,

This is not exactly a good thing...
      http://www.businessinsider.com/what-the-collapse-in-interest-means-2012-5 [businessinsider.com]

      cut the federal budget

Which did nothing to stop the growth of federal debt.

and not bow down to the Communist state.

Which was already falling apart by the time he took office. It's akin to a tough guy wanna-be thumping his chest in front of a bedridden cancer patient in hospice.

government intervention (the so called 'new deal') is what prolonged the great depression for so long

here's another depression that isn't so well known: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depression_of_1920%E2%80%9321 [wikipedia.org]
apparently deflation was more severe than during the great depression (http://wiki.mises.org/wiki/Depression_of_1920%E2%80%9321 [mises.org]) but before the government had time to fuck it all up the market had corrected the imbalances

different story in the '30s of course

not that i give a fuck about reagan

Love this rant, and it seems relevant today because we are still dealing with the fallout of his economic cult even now.

However, I don't feel it's fair to blame AIDS on Reagan. Irresponsible fuckers will fuck irresponsibly no matter who is in the whitehouse. I guess you could make arguments about inadequate sex education and unhelpful squeamish attitudes towards sex. However if that's your beef you should point your finger of blame towards Rome, not Washington.
