    Think about it, down-modding is definitely a micro-aggression which needs to be avoided. And like any good social justice warriors, we SN regulars exempt ourselves from this rule, because we know we are on the good side ;-)

    Sorry, couldn't resist. Of course TheMightyBuzzard wouldn't implement something like that just on gut-feeling. Either it was a relict or it was decided at some point in open discussion. I don't think it is a bad thing, as it discourages creation of sockpuppet-accounts just to downmod someone.

    Yeah, I'm not all pantywadded about it. I figure it was all honest. Either I just didn't seem to remember that way before or had never modded down before because my karmaic profile hasn't changed much. Probably a couple points up.

    I've put it in my sig line now so I can passively agress about it instead of doing anything to actively change it.
