I've never wanted to vote for Jill Stein more than after watching that video. I disagree with her national politics wholeheartedly (I'd totally vote for her as Mayor), but there's a soft spot in my heart for people who are willing to respond to military aggression by actually breaking the law. Oh, you think you can move construction equipment in to build your pipeline without local consent? Okay, we'll start by painting it pretty colors. So lulzy! I didn't even realize that the Army Corps of Engineers was somehow involved in construction until I read the linked articles, I haven't paid any attention to the Keystone XL in years.
I think she has been fined already or at least that's the impression I got but not sure if that involves a court appearance or not, it's a fairly small fine so I doubt it would, same for her VP btw.

This is nowhere near the 1st time that Doc Stein has stood up against injustice.
Here's the good doctor being arrested while protesting Fannie Mae foreclosures in Philadelphia, August, 01, 2012 [archive.li] (with running mate Cheri Honkala)
Here she is at the Wisconsin state capitol protesting Scott Walker and his Reactionary politics in December 16, 2011 [archive.li] Note the heavy coat. I'm only surprised that the photo doesn't show her breath condensing. (Neoliberal Obama never showed.)

Nixon's "Plumbers", at a minimum, faced charges of Breaking and Entering (the locked doors at Ted Kennedy's campaign headquarters in the Watergate Complex). That's a felony, where trespassing is an infraction (not even a misdemeanor).
Had Nixon been impeached, the charge would have been conspiracy to obstruct a federal investigation (a felony).
Spray painting a slogan on a piece of heavy equipment, which can be painted over by someone else with a minimum of effort/materials, sounds, at most, like a misdemeanor to me.
Once again, I don't like any of the choices, but Jill is looking more and more like the best choice.
The other lesser evil, Johnson, has come out in opposition to deporting illegal aliens. He won't even acknowledge the term "illegal aliens", saying that the term is inflammatory.
Six of one, half a dozen of the other, between Stein and Johnson - but once again, either of those is vastly better than the MSM's offerings.

Amy Goodman, who says she was reporting for Democracy Now!, has been charged with trespassing in connection with the protests. She could be imprisoned for a month and fined $500.
