As Donald Trump emerged as the winner of the American presidential campaign Tuesday night, 100,000 people in the Unites States visited Canada's immigration website, contributing to a crash.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada confirmed that visitors from the U.S. made up half the traffic on its website when it "started to experience difficulties" around 11 p.m. on Nov. 8. The usual proportion of visitors from the U.S. ranges from 8.8 to 11.6 per cent.

In total, 200,000 users were on the website when it crashed, compared to 17,000 users at the same time the previous week.

How come these fuckers have no interest in going to Mexico? Their dollars would stretch much further. But no, Mexicans are brown. Let's go to the white country.

Can you even comprehend the raw size of Canada's strategic maple syrup reserve? They'll be the world empire after Trumpageddon.

If you really think the main difference between Canada and Mexico is skin colour, there may be a place for you in the Trump administration.

Among the immigrants to Mexico, more come from the United States than from any other country. More Americans live in Mexico than in any other country outside the United States.

When I made a journal entry about this story [soylentnews.org], someone commented on the software used on Canada's site, which is IIS 8.5, presumably on Windows Server 2012 R2. Mexico's site is running Apache, probably on Linux (both are behind Big IP load balancers).

Because when it comes down to it, they understand why Trump wants a wall. The left concedes this fact in their virtue signaling without even realizing it. The left is also the biggest contributor to the drug empires crippling mexico and central america. They need to switch it around, legalize the manufacture of drugs, not the consumption. That would be the quickest way to deflate the cartels.
